COVID-19 Pandemic response. 
 
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread and businesses begin to find new ways to operate/work from home, we are taking precautionary action and have made the decision to conduct all client meetings remotely. Our office will be generally not open to the public, unless prior arrangement has been made for the drop off or pick-up/signing of documentation.
 
We feel that this is our responsibility to ensure the safety of our staff and clients as best as possible. 
 
Essentially it will be business as usual as we are fortunate that we are already able to operate in this manner for many of our clients. We will conduct meetings via Zoom online conferencing or over the phone to suit you. You will be able to send through your documentation to us via digital means or in the mail. 
 
We will be monitoring phone calls with diversions in place when needed, if you need to leave us a message please be patient and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively if you are already dealing with an accountant and have their direct email this may be the best option for communication. Please cc any correspondance through to admin@kerslakegray.com.au so we can ensure everything is dealt with.
 
Our office hours will remain as;
 
9am-5pm Mon - Thurs
 
9am-3pm Friday
